We are pleased to announce that our South Sudan Director, Vincent Owino, has been accepted to study at Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS). Completion of this five-year program will give Vincent a Master of Theology (ThM) with an emphasis on Bible exposition, Greek and Hebrew languages, systematic theology, and other important subjects.
Vincent began his coursework online in January and will continue doing so for three years. After finishing his online program, Vincent and his family will move to Dallas, Texas for two years to complete his degree.
We are very grateful to DTS for awarding Vincent a full tuition scholarship, without which he would not have been able to attend. Unfortunately, this does not include books and wifi services. As we understand it now, he will need approximately $400 per term to buy his books online and an additional $1200 per year for internet fees.
